Praying for

the far too many single moms out there. the moms who have been left by men in pursuit of sinful desires.
the moms who took abuse because they didn't understand their immeasurable self worth, but knew that protecting their children was of extreme importance to them. the moms whose husbands lost interest because they didn't fathom that maybe, just maybe, it's as great a part of their responsibility to keep things 'interesting' as it is hers.  the moms who chose (or were chosen by) men with less than Godly characteristics, and while they may have seen it, chose to be blinded by the pursuit, the attention, the 'love'.  Lord, I pray that you renew in me a clean heart, that continues to walk with you daily and share that walk with all of these women, so that they may see Your Glory and Honor and KNOW you are the only one worthy of our Worship and Praise.

There by the Grace

Learned something new last night, how to walk on stilts. I was a little reluctant at first and my initial attempt failed quickly. But it didn't take long before I gave it another shot and to much of my surprise I succeeded. Don't ever give up, they say. Don't ever give up.

Freaking Out right now

I mean, when you MOVE us, you MOVE us. You cause us to jump up right out of our skin and shout YES Lord, that is YOU. I hear you!!!

9 months. unreal. 9 months and i've actually USED this analogy in my head. and here it is, Sun Stand Still.

I'm pushing through. I have to keep pushing.
