Overwhelmed

Lord, Let me recap:
Friday: Grace had a sleepover at Miss Sarah's
I met up with Tilly and her mom at the M.O.A.
Good to see her.
Woke up Saturday morning, cleaned, ran a couple of errands for the wedding.
Went to Sarah's to get Grace, from there went straight to Matt & Leah's for Sweet Eve's party. From there went to Alpha and from there spent 2 hours until 10:00 decorating for the wedding.
Sunday: Woke up, got ready, hugged a shakey leaf Joni, met her at the church, brought crockpot, finished decorating, enjoyed the ceremony, greeted guests, served food, ate food, cried like a baby durng my "Love Thy Neighbor" speech (which Joni had to rescue me from) cleaned up after reception, came home took a half hour power nap, went back for G2K. All for Your Glory Lord, All for your Glory. Thank you for ALL of the blessings you have poured out on Scott and Joni, Alyssa, Jason and Amy.  Thank you Lord for allowing me to witness Your Love in abundance. Every. Single. Day.

Your Unfailing Love

Let the Morning Bring word of your unfailing Love, I have put my trust in you.
Show me the way I should go for to you I lift up my soul.

My parents 39th Wedding Annversary today, I'm celebrating and honoring them in my own way. On my journey to seek True Love within the eyes of one man. Only Time will tell. I know... i have to wait and see.

My Delight Is in You, Lord!

Wow!!! Thank you so much for this beautiful sun-drenched morning. But you know what made my heart jump with joy. My bunny. I haven't seen him for weeks now and *poof* there he is back at my window! I love your miracles that i find so magical. Thank you Lord.

Lord, Prepare Me

Lord, I submit my life to you. Your Will and not my own. Please calm my worries, my silly worries about this evening. I know they are not of you. Be Not Afraid.

Lord Thank you for the Gift of your Presence. The Gift of your Holy Spirit.
You did not give us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and self-discipline.

Fear and Love

Job 28:25-28
When God gave power to the wind
and measured the water,
when he made rules for the rain
and set a path for a thunderstorm to follow,
then he looked at wisdom and decided it's worth;
he set widsom up and tested it.
Then he said to humans,
"The Fear of the Lord is wisdom;
to stay away from evil is understanding."

1 John 3: 16-18
This is how we know what real Love is: Jesus gave his life for us. So we should give our lives for our brothers and sisters. Suppose someone has enough to live and sees a brother or sister in need, but does not help. Then God's love is not living in that person. My children, we should love people not only with words and talk, but by our actions and true caring.

I saw waves of clouds today. An abundance of waves of clouds that filled the sky, it was awe-inspring and breathtaking to say the least.

Am I steering my boat in the right direction these days?
I would say, more so than I ever have before.
I'm finally feeling rooted in Love and in community with fellow members of the same body of Christ.
I'm finally learning to stand on my own two feet, be responsible for my own actions and even care for others.
I'm growing in Trust and Faith in My God. Every. Single. Day.
I know I am being tested, and though challenging, I have Faith that with God's help, I will pass.
